Resident of the Bonelord's Hall

A towering humanoid bird—twelve feet tall when fully upright—but hunched like a carrion ghoul. Covered in ragged, rusty-colored feathers that fall out and regrow constantly. Head is pure vulture skull, beak cracked and serrated. Fingers end in talons like curved daggers.
